Payment
After booking your tour you will receive an invoice for the total fare. Payment of 15% of the total fare validates your reservation. Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card.

Cancellations
Feniks Charter advises clients to take a cancellation insurance. Deposit payments confirming the booking are non-refundable. Final and full payments made within the 60 days of cruise departure are non-refundable and non-exchangable. If you are not able to make the trip for any reason, we will try to find someone else to take your place. Should this succeed, you will receive back your payment regarding the trip minus an administration fee. Otherwise, you will need to claim on your travel insurance.

We have made an adjustment to our terms and conditions to make it easier for you if you want to cancel or change your booking for Covid related measures.

  • all clients can postpone their tour to a later moment without any surcharge, with the restriction that cabins are available,
  • all bookings postponed between in 2020 and 2021 are covered by the guarantee fund VZR,
    if you have paid a deposit you can use it for next year,
  • you can pass your trip or deposit on to someone else (friends, children etc.),

  • Full payment 31 days before departure,
    Cancel up to 60 days before departure with no penalties.

    Feniks Charter is registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce: 33299008. Feniks Charter has a P&I insurance covering accidents on and off board.

Financial security covered by Dutch Guarantee Fund VZR
Feniks Charter is a registered participant of guarantee fund VZR (https://vzr-garant.nl/en/members). Holidays of Feniks Charter are covered by VZR’s guarantee, within the terms of the VZR guarantee scheme. Under VZR’s guarantee, consumers shall have their prepaid travel sum refunded if their counterparty is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations due to financial insolvancy.
